Where everyone in a committee agrees on a decision, but da members do not wish their identities to be known.
Da Declaration of Independence was ratified anonimously by many of da Founding fathers, but many of them didn't like having their signatures revealingly penned to said momentous document due to how England would view their "disloyalty".
