Zillenial

Zillenial is a micro-generation like Xennials. The zillenial micro-generation includes anyone born between 1995-2002.

Zillenials can relate to both the Millenial generation and the Gen-Z generation.

Because they have mixed traits of both generations (and they are too young to relate to the core of Millennials but too old to relate to the core of Generation Z), they have become known as their own generation.

Zillennials were 2000's kids. The youngest Zillenials are 19. Zillenials also like to refer to themselves as “honorary members of the Black Eyed Peas”.

Technology evolution was a defining part of a Zillennial childhood. They grew up while technology was evolving from Analog to Digital, experiencing both worlds, opposed to millennials / generation z who only experienced one type. Zillenial kids probably played with flip phones before receiving a smart phone.

-a lot of Zillenials Were too young to understand or remember 9/11, but most were born before it or within 6 months after it.

-a lot of Zillenials shared the childhood of older millennials because of hand me down toys.

Zillenial

Anyone born during or after 1995. You were not a 90's kid, you were a 90's tot. You are a 2000's kid. You grew up with iPhones, iTouches & iPods. In other world: You're an iGen
Zillenials love to think they're 90's kids, when they were really just 90's toddlers.

Zillenial*

A micro-generation, born between 1993-1998.

They can relate to multiple audiences and generations.

They grew up in a time where technology was transitioning from Analog to Digital, they experienced and can easily relate to both of these worlds. They act as a bridge to the gap between generations and they can communicate effectively with both.

They were there for the early days of Youtube, and they're still there. They probably started a channel that they forgot about hoping to be the next "CharlieIsSoCoolLike". They blue-toothed N-Dubz tracks to each other at school and illegally downloaded torrents to their iPod Touch's. They care about bringing generations together and are often budding activists for positive societal change.

As a self-proclaimed 'lost generation', they often make up for their lack of acknowledgement through immense levels of humour, understanding and of course, wild creativity.
Employer: "What about Charlotte?"
Employer 2: "It says here she's a Zillenial* so she can tap into multiple audiences"
Employer: "Oh shit, that's actually very useful, definitely worth inviting to an interview for this role"

First generation millennials who refuse to acknowledge that they are millennial.
The two zillenials were making fun of how millennials can't change a light bulb.
