This term has been taken from the Japanese language. It describes agressive fans who have bad manners on the internet, concerts and threaten lives concerning Johnny's (A Japan entertainment agency which focuses on males).
They even plan an attack on a group of JEs, because they like the other group more. They'll go as far as bringing knives to demonstrate their support.

short yardage package

A group of three or more women who weigh more than 250 pounds each. This a reference to American football where lighter offensive players are replaced by heavier ones to push the defense back to gain two or fewer yards. For example, two wide receivers and a slot back are replaced by a much heavier squad of two tight ends and a fullback.

"Did you see the short yardage package at the custard shop? Those three women could push the Raven's defense back six yards!"
