Someone who is unbelievably slutty, to the extent that they can be considered whoretacular = Whore + Spectacular.

Also can be used to describe someone that, while a whore and incredibly promiscuous, is still amazingly so and generaly admired for the entertaiment she provides.

J-Dog: "Man that girl, M, is such soooo slutty. But wow, what a great body!"

Daniel: "Yeah man, she sleeps with everyone! M is a whoretacular!"
