Someone who does things differently and by differently I mean in a borderline autistic manner. Even though they look normal they are not, from strange social interaction to not being able to drink even moderate quantities of alcohol, a wafter will make you question whether a sharp blade or piece of rope is the best way to end your night early. Common behavior involves fumbling the bag. Also associated with wafty, and waftiness

Nathan - "I'm going to write an essay that's due in 3 weeks instead of pre drinking."
Tom - "For fuck sake sir, you are one wafter."
