a insipid or idiotic action and/or statement, often resulting in witnesses' heads exploding as they cannot comprehend the sheer stupidity of the act. vagenius is all they can say to describe such a terror.

"Holy crap! That was fucking stupid! What fucking vagenius came up with that one? I hope she falls down a flight of stairs or at least gets sterilized to protect future generations as the world is not a safe place with such a vagenius walking around."
