Territorial Views

Term used in real estate listings to describe views of a large area that can be seen from a property's windows or deck when the view isn't particularly unique or special - generally the property and its close neighbors.

The apartment has territorial views of the neighboring shopping mall and office buildings.

Territorial Army

A pretend, or play, version of the British Army that has members believing they are more important than they actually are.
A common phrase used is "part time soldier, full time banging on about it..."

Matt- "alright mate just joined the army..."
friend- "you off to fight on the front line then?"
Matt- "... wel no... its the Territorial Army..."
friend- "thats not really the Army though is it?"
Matt- "i know but I dont have the fitness or right mentality for the REAL army"

testimonial

the equivalent of a myspace comment on hi5 (aka the latin & asian myspace).

however, hi5 testimonials differ from myspace comments in that you must say something incredibly nice about the person. It cant just be "hey, what's up?" it has to be something great like, "You have been my friend for years, I love you so much, you're the best" and so on. Also, people compete over how many testimonials they have on hi5 because, if you have more testimonials, it means that a lot of people love you a lot because they have written really nice stuff about you.
