A term to describe a cultural phenomenon of female privilege when it comes to child access issues and the many ways having a womb is considered a free pass to act in abhorrent ways - including denying access to fathers. It essentially means that any decision or action taken by a woman is deemed correct and righteous (especially in regards to children) by virtue of having a capacity to give birth.
