while receiving oral sex from a female, the male chokes the female until she turns blue. the male then proceeds to ejaculate on the females blue face leaving a white icing- like drizzle on her face. hence the term blueberry struedle.

I almost had to perform CPR on that chic last night right after I gave her a blueberry struedle!
