When a woman (or man) cools down their mouth with ice, proceeds to suck on their partners nuts, then leaves without doing anything else.

I went to Jen's house last night and left with snowballs; she complained her mouth was too cold to finish because of the ice.

A white boy or preferably a spicy type white boy that mainly or only dates black women. has tattoos, piercings, has swag, got rhythm and knows how to dance, he's most likely a lil hood, talks with lingo, most of his friends are black or he has grew up around the black community. He respects black people.
