1. A physical state in which one is really drunk or high on basically anything - alcohol, speed, mollies, weed, lsd, shrooms, cocaine etc.; might be used to describe situations when one is too fucked up to function.

2. A word used to describe something really lit and wavy.

Dolo: “Yo, Sin.. I just ate 2 mollies and I’m in Shmeerce.”
Sin: “Don’t worry, here’s some speed. Let’s go to a party, someone said it will be Shmeerce af”
