To get one's nuts in a bunch. To be angry, irritable, or otherwise upset over something. Similar in terms to "getting ones panties in a wad".

I.E. My boyfriend was "scrotled" that he had to do something besides watch the game on tv.

A variation of the game Scrabble played by 2 people, whereby a player's turn is taken by writing a word on his or her own scrotum, first player to run out of space loses. As forfeit the loser must cram his or her scrotum into a bottle.
