Shutter High

The level of high in which the world around you becomes a series of snap shots being seen at a relatively slow rate. Much like the stop motion animation used in the films of old, just at a slower pace. This state of high usually only occurs in the first few times marijuana is consumed, but under the right circumstances it can still be achieved by the experienced pot smoker with the aid of a large blunt or many consecutive bong rips. Although shutter high can be fun, it often leaves the individual tired, thirsty, and hungry for ginger treats (cheezie puffs).

shutter shades

style of sunglasses, or stunna shades, made popular by rapper, kanye west.

metal (sometimes plastic) glasses complete with slits cut out horizontally; not unlike window shades or "shutters", but do not actually have any glass or translucent plastic for lenses.

origin could possibly be derived from eskimo sunglasses used by whale hunters.

also, could possibly be the worst trend of 2008. shutter shades do absolutely nothing and look ridiculous. thanks, kanye, you've doomed us all.

kid on street #1: daaang you're shutter shades are bitchin'.

kid on street #2: yeah man, they do nothing so you'll probably loose your vision at an early age. thas tiight!

1: A pair of glasses which, rather than having lenses, they have horizontal plastic strips going across, which defeats any purpose of the glasses, they come in a variety of different colours and are worn by mostly either scene kids or rap kids.

shutter vision

"shutter vision" is usually an ecstasy user's term to describe a strange vision malfunction. it's hard to explain, but it's like your eyes are vibrating or maybe looking left and right slightly very, very fast.
shutter vision is, of course, caused by ecstasy.

in digital photography, getting the "right shot" by shooting repeatedly, rapid fire, haphazardly, in hopes of hitting the perfect one. Like monkeys on a keyboard will eventually tap out Shakespeare.
