Urban Phonetic Alphabet

The Urban Phonetic Alphabet was developed in the early 1970s by 12 high school seniors appointed by a secret society known as the "The Chieftain 12" its intent was to be intelligible (and pronounceable) to all Urban allies in the heat of sexual battle.
