1.The complete control of a forum, or to claim control of an online forum.

2. Similar in technique to totalitarians and fascists, this word means the admin is a complete asshole.

3. Extremely right wing assholes who try to control a certain forum through use, and certainly abuse, of e-threats and banhammers

Guy 1: The admin of the mt high snowboarding forum has gone completely philibitarian.

Guy 2: Yeah I know, he's an asshole lately, and he talked shit on my prius.
