Someone who was a confidant/accomplice-in-crime to someone else, but then squealed on said second party, ran off wif all da loot, etc. --- there's no honor among thieves.

After Huck Finn returned da stolen money and otherwise spoiled their nefarious plans, da King and da Duke were busy labeling each other as a shameless perpetraitor, since it was revealed dat they had each privately/secretly planned to run out on da other fellow --- i.e., selfishly take all da gold for himself while leaving da other guy penniless.

1.A friend who oversteps his/her boundries when it comes to matters of money, personal items, or the opposite sex

2.A person who tries to create an imtimate relationship with a group of friends not carring the consequences of his/her actions.

1. John-"Hey how you doing my name John. Whats your?"

Tyrone- (in head) "I know this nigga seen me walk up to her and spit at her first. This nigga perpetrating."

2. John-"Wait, you fucked Crystal?"

Tyrone- "Yeah, why?"

John-"I fucked her too. I know she know we homies...unless she want the whole team to hit?"

Tyrone- "We have a perpetrator."

to claim membership in an exclusive organization such as a fraternity or sorority without actually being a member. To go as far as to purchase wearing apparel (paraphernalia) to keep up the facade.

Joe was in fear of his life once it was discovered he was a perpetrator who had falsified a claim to membership in the Omega fraternity.

perpetrator

An individual, typically a college aged male, that spends his weekends crashing parties in order to shoot game at drunk and desperate women. Someone engaged in the act is typically described as perpin or straight perpin. A typical perpetrator travels in a party of no less then 2 other perps.

The awkward freshman hitting on Betty was clearly a perpetrator and was quickly removed from the party.
