Eye pester or E.P (adverb - E.P-ing) is the act of looking directing at a female and not breaking the gaze for any reason, even if they ask you to stop. The longer you keep your gaze fixed on your target, be it tits, eyes, legs, the bigger the eye pesterer you are.

A term used to describe how young children (typically between 5 and 10 years old) can make their parents do anything they want by bugging them until they crack.

The term was coined by the media in the late 1990’s and gets batted around a lot around Christmas time so as not to offend parents who lack the testicular fortitude to say no to their children.

Peskipiksi Pesternomi

The ultimate name for a spell in the world of Harry Potter. 'Peskipiksi Pesternomi' is supposedly meant to round up Pixie's, but Gilderoy "shittest professor in the world" Lockhart shows us that he's a fraud and doesn't know what he's talking about. The ugly bastard with a extremely cheesy and horrible looking smile was unfortunate to not die in the Chamber of Secrets when his memory loss spell, "Obliviate" backfired and caused him to lose his memory while shooting up into the air hitting several rocks along the way before falling back down causing Ron and Harry to be separated from each other which is the saddest moment of the film.
