Trendoid pants worn by women (and some men) that do not reach the ankle (and are usually very tight in the crotch and high waisted).We've all seen them. Thousands upon thousands of people get sucked into wearing them by commercial media every year since about 1998-99. You'd have thought the disgusting trend would go away in 5 years...but awfully enough, it is still there!
