Someone who does not do a certain thing so therefore is a panny. Someone who should just man up. The word is popular in Aberdeen Scotland.

Panni is a funny girl who loves shopping and hanging out with her friends. She is very sweet and is one of the most amazing people you will ever meet. She is very quiet but very kind and pretty and always has the best in mind for other people. She values individual relationships rather that a large audience.
Person 1: "Oh, who is that?"
Person 2: "She doesn't really talk much."
Person 3: "Panni's my best friend, and is a great listener!"

Shortened Australian for "Pandemic". Fundamentally most Aussies are too lazy to say anything that has more than two syllables.

Bushama had some secret service guys deliver some high grade heroin to him. Bushama did not mainline, instead he got Apu (from The Simpsons) to get some panni and rolled himself a pungi. He really enjoyed chasing the dragon.

Someone whose actions/statements do not warrant a well thought out insult and instead merely require the off-handed "panny".
