In reference to headpat. Adjective: person who you can pat.
Someone who gives of those special vibes that just makes you want to pat their head. Usually but not always a short and cute person. Usually between friends.

Person #1: "you're so patable, it's nice"

shortie #1: "noo, stop, i don't like that"
