Shortened term used to refer to a song from Dance Dance Revolution called PARANOiA Survivor MAX on Challenge/Oni mode. It has been argued to be the toughest DDR song in existance, running at up to 290 bpm with 617 arrows.

PSMO

The hardest song out of any DDR mix. Stands for PARANOIA survivor MAX Oni (Challenge). With a total of 613 arrows, and a max combo of 655, it has the most steps of any DDR song. It's only been officially AAA'd once.
