Usually refers to someone scholarly and amazing. Being an Oakie means you have better living conditions than most other people. It also means you pay less for your education cause you're that amazing. They are probably the most sick-nasty people you will ever meet.

1. The use of Duct Tape or any other forms of things to keep anything together.

2. Taking unnecessary shortcuts to finish the job to where it is finished but with shitty quality...and has a chance of breaking and being worse off than before it was fixed.

1. My car got side-swipped and the mirror was dangling. We used duct tape to fix it. Now I have an Oakie rigged Side view mirror!

2. The car's bumper was falling off so the Oakie rigged it by using a bungee cord to keep it from falling.
