Pulling an otacos on someone, is a specific kind of strawman that means spreading unbelievable rumors about a person, with so many advanced layers and details to the lie, to the point where the subject themselves is baffled and cannot even defend themselves and becomes curious on what they did next, which draws their attention away from self-defense and makes them look guiltier.
