1. Any person of any age that don't have any mental disability, especially those who are able-minded; non-disabled; people with normal high or low IQ.

A person whose mental age is higher than those with a mind of a child.

2. A person who is scared of the mentally disabled.

I know it must be going through any type of able-minded person who is a normo after what knowing he or she used to do when they were little kids.

adj. Almost un-fathomable in scope and size. Normally reserved for an object or objects that are large enough so as to be described as planetary in size. Larger than gi-normous by a factor of ten.

I hadn't seen her in 15 years. Her face looks good, but her ass is just gi-fucking-normous!
