Phrase commonly used in bodybuilding forums to express "I am not a homosexual". Normally follows a seemingly homosexual quip or compliment to reassert one's heterosexuality.
1. Your progress with your current training program has made you ripped! (No homo)
2. You look pretty good, but I would work on those abs. (no homo)
3. I would like to be inside you. (no homo)

When one says something ridiculously homosexual, but wants to play it off like they're straight. It usually leaves underlying suspicion anyways.
Male 1: "Dude wouldn't it be fun to jerk off together next time we watch Broke Back Mountain?"
Male 2: "Wtf are you doing with your life...."
Male 1: "No homo though!"
Male 2: "Reasonable enough."

Stating this phrase before committing a perceived gay act without being gay. No eye contact during the act is also acceptable
(John)I yelled “no homo” before grabbing Tim’s package.
(John)I made sure I made no eye contact before rubbing Arthur’s ass

If two gays/lesbians don't want their sex to be homo, they say "No homo" and it's automatically not homo.
"Let's have sex." - One gay guy to another gay guy.
"Alright, no homo though." - Other gay guy.
"No homo." - 1st guy.
OTHER SCENARIO
"Hey!" - 1st lesbian
"Hey, wanna do 'it'"? - 2nd lesbian
"Hm... Okay. No homo though." - 1st lesbian
"Agreed. No homo." - 2nd lesbian

Something you say after you said something really gay and you're trying to hide the fact that you're gay as fuck

No homo prevents all gayness or bisexual allegations or sayings for example if you were to say something gay or said you’d do something that is gay or sounds gay, etc. saying the words no Homo nullifies the gayness of the certain sentence or claim
