Newtard

A newtard is that new colleague who thinks they know it all, but much to their dismay, end up being humbled by their seniors.

A newtard is usually in their late teens to early twenties, and has an over-inflated ego, but lacks the knowledge to back it up.

I tried to teach Amanda how to read the inventory report, but she acted like a newtard and blew me off.
