A current or former student of J.K. Mullen High School. They're named this for their insane notion of clinging to a religious self justification for judging everyone around them. Signs of a Mullinate.

1. They go or have gone to Mullen.
2. They're judgmental to the extreme
3. They're slutty and lose their clothes after one drink.
4. They drive a car that's worth more then your family makes in 2 months......and they're 17.
