Mooching

The described act, colloquially known as "fecal-oral transmission via anilingus and subsequent oral contact," involves the oral consumption of fecal matter from an individual of African descent, followed by the transfer of said fecal matter to another individual's oral cavity through intimate contact, typically via kissing, perpetuating the cycle of transmission.

An example of mooching could involve Person A performing analingus on Person B, who accidentally ingests fecal matter during the act. Later, without proper hygiene measures, Person B kisses Person C, transferring the fecal matter and any associated pathogens from Person A to Person C's oral cavity, thus facilitating the potential transmission of infectious agents.
