A cop car that was once a cop car, but after a police auction or something, it is now in the hands of just some random person. (It may or may not have all the accessories a normal cop car has). When driving down the road in a neighborhood, it may scare the crap out of some people who are on the road into slowing their vehicles down so they don't get busted. It may even disperse a potential drug deal in progress.

Memily

A "Memily" is someone (more or so, AN ALIEN) who always complains about every fucking thing and cries over dumb shit all the time. A Memily is also someone who tries so hard to be popular but becomes a fucking pussy whenever she talks to a whole fucking classroom, she also starts insulting people for no fucking reason because someone tells her that she is STRAIGHT and not Bisexual. Memily also loves to fuck mushroom heads and gay asians, for some reason, she intends to talk alotta boy shit despite always saying how she is bi, she never spoke about a fucking girl. She only has 2 comebacks "UgH yOu’Re So rUdE" and "I hOpE nO oNe BeCoMeS yOuR fRiEnD". Shes always very hypocritical, she would always butt into people’s conversations and when people confront her about it she would say "iTs LiFe I cAn tAlK tO wHoEvER I wAnT!" And when YOU butt into her lame shit she would say "UgH! RUUUUDDDEEE!!!". A Memily also likes to fake mental illnesses for attention.

mobile blockade

Any variation of car(s), generally two or more, that all move the same damn speed in multiple lanes. Most often one of the drivers of a blockade vehicle is not paying attention and is in the passing lane, thus making it impossible for other cars to pass.

Drivers of said blockades are oblivious to honking/tailgating/light flashing. They have a sixth sense that keeps them at the exact speed of the car(s) next to them regardless of whether the other car attempts to speed up or slow down.

More often than not, annoyed drivers behind you will ride your ass thinking it will magically lift the blockade making for a most unpleasant experience.
