A broad buzzword thrown around so much by every organization everywhere that it has essentially lost all meaning. (i.e. solution in the IT field.) It is normally used by organizations to weed out people who don't think they have 'it'. True leadership is actually an excercise in bullshitting. The amount of bullshit a person can spew back about what leadership truly is, is the best measure of leadership.

1. Job interviewer: Gentlemen, this job requires you to lead with huge amounts of leadership, do you believe you have the leadership necessary to lead this leading team of leaders?

Threaten Your NCOER Leadership 

An NCOER stands for Non Commissioned Officer Evaluation Report. It is an evaluation that comes from your supervisor usually every year but also due when your leadership changes. It's supposed to be a non biased report based on your performance throughout a certain period of time. But what sometimes happens is leaders don't know of any other way to get their subordinates to do certain things so they will threaten them with a bad or poor rating on their NCOER. Usually a technique used by spineless leaders who have no resemblence of a backbone. The only reason people do this is because they have no respect from their subordinates and this is the only way they can exert what little power they have.

Hey man why did you leave out of the meeting today all pissed off? Oh you didn't hear. That asshat just threatened to give me a bad NCOER if I don't do things "his" way, which we all know is just ass backwards and against regulation. Oh yeah I had one of those leaders one time. I call it Threaten Your NCOER Leadership. Yeah well I cannot wait unitl I leave this place or that jackass leaves one. Yeah and some supervisors don't know how to lead hungry wolves to fresh meat.

Bay Leadership Academy 

Bay Leadership Academy (formerly Heysham High) is a school that had its name changed in May of 2018. The school said that the signs would by changed by June 1st but they are still putting them up and it’s October. At BLA you will find boys with a crap ton of hair gel in, Girls with their skirts past their boobs, Scraps, seagulls and moody teenagers. There’s no doubt that you’ll get in a scrap by six form. These scraps will result : Pulled hair, smudged makeup, broken glasses and a week sentence to Impact. The uniform makes us look like slytherins. This year Year 7s are rebellious. They barge into the line and cut the cue at lunch. When I was in Year 7 I’d say sorry if someone walked into me. I guess the only good thing about BLA is the early finishes and Holidays starting before anyone else.

Person A: “oh you go to Bay Leadership Academy?”
Person B: “no I go to Heysham High”

Apparitional Corporate Leadership 

Normally unseen leaders who make most of the major decisions in a dysfunctional corporation. These people appear based on what's in it for them but are completely clueless about ordinary work in the corporation. Like a Department of Apparitions on the top floors of a corporation.
