In aviation, "Luft '46" refers to millitary aircraft that were under development in Nazi Germany, but failed to enter service (at least in large numbers) before the end of World War 2. This includes projects that were cancelled during the war, and occasionally real postwar aircraft derived from German research, such as the MiG-15. Most "Luft '46" aircraft are of advanced design, usually having swept wings and jet/rocket engines. Despite being associated the Nazi Luftwaffe, Luft '46 fandom does not worship Nazism or Adolph Hitler, but rather aviation as well as speculative fiction.

chatte luft

Is Norwegian slang word for talking bullshit. It's used by immigrants who talks kebabnorsk and is very common to hear at the east side of Oslo. "Chatte luft" directly translated to english is to chat air.

Norwegian:
Person 1 "Hør'a brur, jeg skal dunke så mange mæber i kveld wallah?"
Person 2 "hva mæber mann? du chatte luft"

Person 1 "Listen bro, I'm going to fuck so many bitches tonight, i swear"

The floating odor found on an airplane, typically the odor emanating from the lavatories shortly after the dinner course served on a long flight.

German: Luft, air (from Middle High German, from Old High German) + Waft
