Used as an exclamation against those who seek to take the moral highground and pass judgement, when they have no such right to pass judgement

(random person living life of quiet desperation): "that is sick that you fucked your sister"
(God's lonely man): "Don't you judge me!"

The don't judge me challenge

A "challenge" that is specialized for arrogant, narcissistic & boring people. The challenge is to make fun of people that have certain ugly features, so they themselves can hide their true ugliness and after make new features hided by makeup. The person is wearing drawed features (That's by society) is called ugly like glasses, acne, dimpels & ugly eyebrows. They typically dance, or do some ugly faces. After that they put their hands on the camera and stop recording. They start putting a lot of makeup on, in the hope that will actually start looking pretty. And then start recording again, by starting with a hand over the screen.

(EX)Friend: Should we watch the don't judge me challenge? It is such a fun challenge, and I totally get surprised every time they turn out to be pretty

Me: I hope deep down that you get some help.

Look of Judgement

The look you give someone when they trip and fall, say something stupid, or do something deserving judgement.

The point of the Look of Judgement is to let the subject of your judgement know that they are being Judged for their obvious stupidity.
