Joycon drift

When the control sticks on joycon controllers mess up and move by themselves, which will ruin the switch lite :(

Guy1: ahhh my joycon drift is so bad!
Nintendo: we don’t care really.

Joycon drift

The state of one or both of the Nintendo Switch controllers (Joycons*) having their thumbstick (sometimes, or always) stuck going in a certain direction — especially in the direction that may be considered "down" for the controller in its vertical configuration.

"I can't use my Switch now; I got Joycon drift."
"Nintendo needs to fix Joycon drift."
