A name used in a specific
TikTok community. The majority of the so-called community's public appearances normally hold an unidentified Asian woman in photoshop as their profile picture in the platform. The Jiafei mostly stay anonymous whereas they rarely show their identity when holding an account.
The original Jiafei started in February
2021. The Jiafei were originally bait accounts whereas they post a few videos from Chinese social media and link dangerous websites that are most likely an IP grabber. Once the originals raided
TikTok, netizens (commonly younger ones) had an idea of creating an alternative
TikTok account and scaring
people while they mimic Jiafei.
Almost all the original accounts are most likely banned from
TikTok due to posting threatening websites. After moments of the dissolving (circa 2nd half of
2021), the fakes had a different motive of activity from IP address pranks to product marketing accounts. This motive was based off of local online markets that has been circulating on
TikTok (origin date unknown). This period is appearantly a controversial one as the general public sees the Jiafei as an issue of sinophobia as most accounts use broken English to communicate but also mock Chinese people.
The current culture of Jiafei still continues the 'product marketing' era with the addition of jokes like CupcakKe and other countless stuff. This particular
TikTok community will eventually reach through the year
2022 as the activity is still ongoing.
"These Jiafei accounts are

"Jiafei is selling products! Buy them
