Acronym for the phrase "I Don't Have Time for That!"
Used as a reply when you don't have the time to do or deal with something.

Ken messaged Haley asking if she wanted to do something fun over the weekend; to which Haley replied "IDHTFT".

Haley received an email from her professor with new additions to an assignment. She sent a reply reading "IDHTFT".
