When you're doing anything but the assignment that you're supposed to. Avoiding writing your paper/essay or doing any study related activity by involving yourself in anything that can distract you Procrastination.

She ended up insteading in the lounge all night instead of working on the paper that was due last monday.

instaddiction

An ailment characterized by the need to obsessively post details of one's life on Instagram that intends to deceive followers into thinking one's life is more meaningful than in reality. Also, it involves checking one's feed every 2 minutes, and evaluate one's self-worth their followers to following ratio. There is no known effective treatment other than perhaps attending Passages in Malibu.
