A graffer is a person who tags or writes up usually on walls and public transport and dress's pretty poorly generaly with adidas or nike hoodies and track pants.

Hates other graffers who slash them.

Also a (metro)s biggest enemy.

Adjective. It's usable more between children than adults. It means a human who doesn't want to share.

For example, a child has 1 candy left. We all know, that he/she never will give that last candy to a friend.
