a person, generally persian boys with lots of hair and bad breath, who fart a lot, and loudly. in fact they fart so often that their very essence is associated with the word fart or as they would say "gooz". One would say they are like a mechanical gooz machine - aka a goozbet.

my brother farted in the car and a week later it still smelled like shit. God he's such a goozbet.
