A girl who is stereotyped to wear lots of makeup. She also likes to wear skirts and dresses. Not all girly girls are like this, but that is the stereotype. I have a friend that is a girly girl and she doesn't wear that much makeup.

to me a girly girl is a high spirit person not always down on the dumps. and ppl that is always are mad and get annoyed real easy will say they brats and peppy but peppy is not a bad thing. im a girly girl and i like the color pink purple and black with pink. i love dresses and skirts but i dont wear them (i know im weird lol) ppl stereo type girly girl from what they see on tv they mixed up girly girl to the world skank cause girly girl use to mean proper which mean they use to not say LIke. and the only reason ppl think they act like that cause TV change everything making ppl think they act like that then the ppl that think girly girls are like that start acting that way!!!
