Aids that comes from gay people, can be passed through food that gay people have touched, through drinks, and through the touch of a gay person that lasts too long!!

Gay Aids. An expression of displeasure rooted in early millennial childhood style insults. When something is both "gay" (as in dissatisfactory, not as in homosexual) and "aids" (as in a terminal illness that is ruining the host, in this case whatever is being described)
