If the police are the popo, then the fire department is the fofo. Ambulances would be the Ambo.

A nick name for the foreskin found around the head of an uncircumcised penis. Often used around younger children or people embarrassed to say foreskin. Common usage among Americanized Hispanic, Asian and Mixed race children.

Mommy, Why do I have a Fofo and daddy doesn't?? Or You have to pull back the Fofo to clean around the head.
