Holding down the power button on a PC for 30 seconds while disconnected from its power source to reset the BIOS to factory default settings and reset the computer date and time. This can sometimes fix issues that a simple computer restart can not.
Bill's TPM was not being detected. We flurb'd the PC and it started asking for the BitLocker pin again!
