Facebooking Fool

A person who spends most or all of their time devoted to the social networking site known as Facebook. This person is a fool, because they could be utilizing this time to do something much more productive such as raising children properly or getting off welfare.

Have you heard from Jimmy lately? No. Ever since he got hooked up with high speed internet via his next door neighbor's connection, he has been a complete Facebooking Fool. He hasn't left his house (mom's house) in over a month and said he has 2000 friends on there, but hasn't actually seen one of them in person for over 20 years.

Facecocking

The unnecessary use of social media when a private message is more appropriate - usually with the intent of indirectly showing off.

An example of Facecocking as written on someone's facebook wall:

"Hey girlfriend - I'm in a cab in New York right now. Meet me outside the club in five minutes."

"Hey dude can I borrow your bike? I'm going to ride across the country tomorrow. It's going to be rad."

In the same vain as drunk dialing, drunk facebooking is the act of making conversation and sending text messages over facebook while intoxicated. These calls are generally outlandish and embarrassing to the dialer when seen the next day.

Stanley got drunk and started drunk facebooking me last night, saying how he wanted to hook up with Adolphus Busch.

Forensic facebooking is the practice of using facebook to find as much detailed information about a person from their profile as possible. Similar to profile mining.

Elise and I engaged in some forensic facebooking to find where her ex moved, what his new girlfriend was like, how many photos he took of her, and how many times they poked each other.
