Eh!Steve!

It definitely is "Eh! Steve!". At the end of 'Crazy Cartoon' click on the orange bar on The Cheat's monitor. A window will pop up with 4 icons. Look at the top left icon, and after a few seconds some text appears saying: "Eh! Steve".

I'll get you 'Eh! Steve' if it's the last thing I do.

Eh! Steve!

A character from the cartoon "Sweet Cuppin' Cakes" who is chased around by the wheelchair and shouts his catchphrase at least once an episode. Made a guest appearance in one of the Cheat's cartoons.

a little green "crazy" guy Strong Bad in www.HomestarRunner.com made in his email titled, "Crazy Cartoon". He always says, "Eh!Steve!"

And then EH!STEVE! shows up in one of the episodes and delivers his famous catch-phrase, "EH! STEVE!"

Eh!Steve

A bulky brown Greco-Roman-appearing-type person from Sweet Cuppin' Cakes. He always appears at least once every episode to say his catch phrase, "EH!STEVE", and is always on the run from a wheelchair voiced by Bubs.

I don't know why that wheelchair hates Eh!Steve, but what else makes sense about Sweet Cuppin' Cakes.
