The equivalent of a Edgar to black people. A dreadger usually starts their Locs to base their entire personality around it. All dreadgars share the same behavior, they listen to the same artists and even talk the same.

“How can you tell he’s a dreadgar? He has dreadhead in his user.”

Black person with Loc’s with and zero personality beyond that.
