Dracoo syndrome or It’s scientific classification “RonaldMattesonaphobia” is a condition in which a person has a sexual affair with a minor. They are either 18 or close to that age. That person also records the affair without the other ones consent. Visual illustrations containing child pornography are deemed illegal under federal law. These may include photographs, videos, digital downloads, images produced to depict an actual minor, undeveloped film and video and electronically stored data.
