Dirtleg

A dirtleg is the lowest form of a dope whore that one can become. Usually a female that will sell any and every hole or crevice on her body for drugs. Oftentimes, she is dirty, trashy, overweight and lives in a hotel with the dope man. Once he’s had enough of her shit and cuts her off, she moves on to the next dope man.

She just gave him a blow-job in the bathroom for a 1/4g. She’s such a dirtleg!
