One with dignity demands respect and acts formally.
Acting with dignity can also mean navigating through a situation with eloquence and not losing one's cool.
One can lose their dignity temporarily but later gain it back.

The Dignity Woman

Noun. The woman with a distinctly posh accent featured in a commercial for the "Comfort Wipe."

She is referenced heavily in situations wherein one claims dignity in an action which requires none. It is generally agreed that the Dignity Woman's accent is fabulous.
