When One, often a prep student, wears TWO popped collars simultaniously, one on top of the other, thereby signifying that he or she is better than the simple single popped collar wearers.

By wearing two popped collars, it is also implyed that the wearer likes it in the butt.

Cullas

Another word for a gang member's bandanna. This phrase only works if you're actually in a gang.

Suka, Chinklz, Bling, Breezy, and Snow, are all members of a gang called the Yellow Yaks. These gang members wear their cullas to show thir true gang spirit. Usually the gang leader will wear their culla in a different color than the rest of the gang's.
