Courtroom Jester

Not to be confused with the "Court Jester" The Courtroom Jester is basically someone who's always trying to be funny when it isn't appropriate. Hence the "Courtroom" Jester. People like this always make awful jokes at the most serious times. Probably because of some deep rooted issues.

Jimmy: Hey Alex, my cat died and I don't know what to do

Alex: lol idk eat it?

Jimmy: "Gosh I wish he'd stop being a Courtroom Jester"

Courtroom Quality

When being unfaithful with an individual that is so hot they are considered “courtroom quality.” Specifically, when the judge brings in the woman the man had the affair with and the judge and jury recognize they too would have had an affair because she is in fact that hot.

“John had an affair with Naomi, but I get it, he had to do it, the chic was total courtroom quality.”
